Chapter 3 focuses on planning when it comes to technology and explaining its importance when designing quality instructions. The (DPA) Design Plan Act System was put together in order to help you properly design the instructions for whatever technological device that you are trying to share with others. Using the design model there are vital step by step instructions for you to follow. First knowing how each learner thinks, making clear performance objectives, identifying teaching and learning strategies, select support technologies, last but not least make sure you assess and revise for any issues you may come across. These things all go hand in hand with using technology in education.

Being able to an effective critical thinker, cooperative learner and collaborating the things you learn with others is what life is all about.
